How is the Digital Approval Process carried out? Is it carried out via Email or SMS?
The person from whom consent will be obtained will be notified via SMS and/or e-mail. The SMS can optionally be sent as OTP (One-Time Password). In the OTP SMS option, the person who will give consent must enter the 6-digit password in the SMS.
If consent is to be obtained face-to-face, the consent form can be sent to a tablet or touch-screen device. In this case, the person can give their digital consent and biometric signature via the tablet.

User information is protected with personalized encryption methods and approval processes are verified by TÜBİTAK and reliable SMS providers. All application and network security standards are implemented, and the system is protected by reliable hosting services, providing additional security against cyber attacks. Stored data consists of unchangeable areas and is protected with high security standards. Servers and work environments are subjected to regular security tests at six-month intervals; data is backed up daily, monthly and annually.
What is the legal validity of these digital approvals and how do you prove it?
The digital approval system works with security measures such as TÜBİTAK time stamping and OTP message verification, and is compatible with legal regulations throughout the European Union. The system has been prepared in accordance with the changes in legislation in Turkey. The Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 states that digital signatures have the same legal validity as wet signatures, and provides a secure and traceable system with the existing infrastructure. In addition, biometric verification methods have been integrated; thus, additional security and evidence opportunities are provided in identity verification processes.
How do you report Approval and Data Collection processes? What kind of feedback system do you provide?
All approval details can be viewed and reported on different screens via the administration panel. A contract in PDF format is created by the system for each digital approval. The data collected during approval and biometric signature is recorded as embedded in the PDF document of the contract. The signed PDF document is an unchangeable document.
