SATISFACTION SURVEY
As ArgeLabs Information Technologies, we provide Satisfaction Survey Service using our platform named Curious Marlov. The content of this service we provide is briefly as follows:
- PARTICIPANT LIST: A list of participants is prepared for the target audience whose satisfaction is desired to be measured (company employees, customers, dealers, business partners, etc.). This list; It contains information such as Customer Company Name, Company Official's Name and Surname, Department, Position, Company Address, Official's Phone and Email Address. (This list will be provided by your company.) If it is preferred that this "identification" information be asked to the participant, then only the e-mail address in the Participant List is sufficient. (However, we would like to remind you that asking such "identification" information to the participant in the survey may cause laziness and a shift in focus in participants filling out the survey.)
- SURVEY CONTENT: A satisfaction survey is prepared. (There are survey questions in the links you provided.)
- SURVEY PLATFORM: These survey questions are defined in the ArgeLabs Curious Marlov platform. On the Curious Marlov platform, a separate link is created for each participant in the audience whose satisfaction will be measured.
- SENDING THE SURVEY: These survey links are sent to each participant individually via e-mail, addressed by name. (If the participant who answers the survey is desired to be anonymous, that is, it is specifically preferred so that it is not known which survey entry belongs to whom, a single survey link is created and sent to the participants via e-mail.)
- SENDING REMINDER: Participants are expected to enter the survey until a certain predetermined date. Before the deadline, reminder e-mails can be sent to participants who have not yet completed the survey (in anonymous surveys, to all participants), depending on the amount of survey completion. (Depending on your company's request)
- REPORTING: After the specified survey entry deadline is reached, the system is closed and a report of the survey results is prepared. The report includes standard statistical results. If there are statistical results that you specifically want to be included in the report (2- or 3-way cross-relationships between questions), they are forwarded to us in advance and these statistical results are also included in our report. If the report is desired to include logical or "business" analyzes related to the content of the survey subject, such analyzes are also included in the report.
Pricing of this service we will provide; It will depend, to a certain extent, on the number of participants, the number of questions in the survey, and your preferences on the topics defined above with the expressions “if desired, preferred”. Because such parameters will determine the effort to be spent.
If there are other topics and details that are not included here but you would like to be included, we can of course change the scope of service to be provided according to your preferences and demands.
