360 Degree Performance Appraisal System: Marlov 360
Performance Management is to establish a correct communication between the company-manager-employee, to set the right targets within the conditions and possibilities and to map out what can be done to achieve these targets. For a successful Performance Management, Performance Appraisal activities should be carried out periodically. Performance Evaluation is the measurement of an employee’s potential, abilities, behaviors at work and all job-related qualities by comparing them with other employees.

With Marlov 360 Performance Management System, performance evaluations can be made on the basis of Competencies and Business Objectives. The evaluation can be done in the form of 360-degree performance evaluation where all employees can evaluate each other, or only managers can evaluate employees.
After all definitions are made by the system administrator, users enter the system with their unique Username and Password and make their evaluations. The Evaluation Result Report, which includes the evaluated, evaluator, competency and performance evaluation score information, is prepared by the system.
Marlov 360 HR Performance System is simple enough to use without spending time on training. Evaluations can be applied periodically. Thanks to retrospective archiving, previous period results can be reviewed and reported. Reports are designed to be printed and filed as well as viewed on the screen. Security and ease of use are provided with user-based authorization.
Departments and individuals can be transferred from the company’s Active Directory structure. Messages in the form of announcements can be created that corporate officials want to convey to users and that users can see when they enter the system.
The system will be made ready for use without the need for in-house technical training thanks to the support we provide.
All users will receive their unique username, password and PYS access link via e-mail.
If preferred, all employee report cards will be sent electronically or printed and sent to the corporate authority, and the report cards will be interpreted by our expert consultants and suggestions can be made to the employees.
