Question Solution System

The purpose of the Flowi Question Solution System is to enable your students to easily forward the questions they cannot solve to their teachers and to access the solutions of the forwarded questions.

When questions are sent to the system, instant notification and/or e-mails are sent to the relevant teachers. You can enable the system to automatically assign a deadline according to the specified urgency. For overdue questions, the system can warn the relevant teachers by sending notifications and/or e-mails. You can follow all the questions on your teachers with their status and see the grades entered, attached documents, pictures, videos and history on the detail screen. On the Dashboard and Report screens, you can access administrative reports on both the questions and the performance of your students and teachers.

The system is practical to use and you can make special definitions for your organization on the parameter screens. Thus, processes can be managed specifically for you. The system can be used on desktop computers and smartphones. Applications that can be downloaded to mobile phones are available in the Play Store and App Store.

Practical Use

Push Notification

When a question is entered into the system, the relevant teachers receive a push notification and/or e-mail.

Report Screen

In the report screens, you can access reports on both the questions and the performance of your students and teachers.

Mobile Compatible

The system can be used on both computers and smartphones. The mobile app can be downloaded from the Play Store or App Store.

How does it work?

1- The student takes a photo of the unsolved problem and uploads it to the application.

2- The question falls to the relevant branch teachers.

3- Teachers take on the questions they want to answer.

4- They send the solution in photo, text or audio format.

5- Questions marked as “Good Question” by the teacher can be seen by all students of the relevant class.
